Jennifer
Supervisor Favorite studio equipment: The vintage microphones (pretty much all of them but especially the Neumanns) and the Full size 88key Yamaha. Most interesting sound experience: Recording hummingbirds in a hummingbird garden then turning it into music. Jennifer, a native of California, has always been fascinated with telling a story through sound and music. She was educated both in the US and in Europe as a music composer and recording engineer. She has worked with major companies on numerous award winning commercials, films, documentaries, radio adverts, and TV in many different settings. Her experience and knowledge is what the rest of the talent has come to depend on. |
Steve
Supervisor Favorite studio equipment: Mini-Moog Most interesting sound experience: Creation and performance of live music and dance show in Tahiti, French Polynesia. Steve has proven through years of passion and professionalism that understanding the fusion between music and sound insures compatibility between these two traditionally warring elements in post-production. Working in the industry for 30 years and having a love for music and sound in film, Steve’s sense of timing and judgment is impeccable and has allowed him to do works that have been highly awarded such as “The Panama Deception” an Academy Award Winning documentary, and many other fine works. |

Bowie
Sound Hound Supervisor Favorite studio equipment: (under)The Harrison mixing board and the doggy treat drawer. Most interesting sound experience: Discovering he could talk, apparently so shocking to him, he ran and hid in the bathroom. Bowie joined Audioconic in 2013, after deciding it was time to move on from the south central LA shelter. Now he’s known for listening with his acute hearing and sleepily accessorizing the underside of one of the Harrison mixing boards. |
